Gruyere & Pecan Queso Dip

Gruyere & Pecan Queso Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded Gruyere cheese 4 ounces cream cheese 1/2 cup coarsely chopped U.S. pecans 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced, white and green parts Tortilla chips for dipping

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except onions and the chips. Place in a small ungreased skillet or medium oven-proof bowl. Bake 15 minutes. Top with green onions. Serve hot with chips.
