1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 cup finely chopped pecans


Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese until well blended. Add pimiento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and cayenne; mix well. Chill. Shape into small balls; roll in pecans. Serve with or without crackers. Yield: 12 balls.
